Refunds and Exchanges
We are responsible for lost or damaged or stolen items until delivery to your adress.
We accept returns and refund total (minus delivery charges) . Returning delivery charge will be paid by buyer. As soon as we get our item back immediately we do a refund to you.
In case of a return customer will have to send the item by the same cargo company, that we used. We will supply you with the same Performa invoice and same cost details, where cargo agent from your side will have to mark the cargo as a RETURN. It will help us to avoid the problems with customs and very high taxes in Turkey.
